“Clear Presence” provides web design, SEO, and related services. The primary website is clearpresence.io (including subdomains and related properties).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
